Aircraft Electrical Assembler
Job description
We are currently seeking an Electrical Assembler to join a team specialized in the manufacturing and integration of electrical and avionics systems for aircraft.
In this key role, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and wiring of electrical systems, ensuring full compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and aerospace industry specifications.

Tasks
- Assemble, install, and modify aircraft electrical systems and components
- Fabricate, install, and connect electrical harnesses, cables, and terminations in accordance with drawings and specifications
- Perform wiring, cabling, and interconnection of electrical and avionics systems
- Install and secure electrical and electronic components on designated supports (racks, panels, structures)
- Assemble and adjust subassemblies (panels, brackets, metallic parts, hardware) related to electrical integration
- Verify installation conformity against technical drawings, procedures, and quality standards
- Perform visual and functional inspections of installed systems
- Identify and correct non-conformities or installation issues
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with 5S principles
- Perform other related tasks as required
Required qualifications
Education
- Vocational diploma in cable and circuit assembly or
- College diploma (DEC/AEC) in avionics or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace electrical assembly
- Experience in electrical harness fabrication (strong asset)
Skills
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Solid knowledge of electrical assembly, wiring, and system installation techniques
- High level of precision and attention to detail (work on critical components)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Good visual acuity
- Strong sense of responsibility and compliance with quality standards
- Ability to adapt to a fast-evolving technological environment
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments
- Aerospace industry experience (required)
