Job description
TAS is looking for skilled and detail-oriented Composite Laminators to support the production of composite parts, with a specific focus on lamination operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing various composite components while following established procedures, quality standards, and production requirements. You will perform tasks related to pre-preg lamination, lay-up operations, and vacuum bagging, while ensuring precision, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the process.
The candidate must be available to work day and evening shifts.

Tasks
The Composite Laminator will be responsible for:
- Producing composite parts according to technical instructions, work procedures, and quality requirements.
- Performing lay-up and lamination operations using pre-impregnated materials.
- Preparing and applying vacuum bagging techniques for composite components.
- Handling materials, tools, and equipment required for composite manufacturing.
- Inspecting parts during the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Following production priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Working on repetitive tasks that require manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail.
- Collaborating with team members, supervisors, quality personnel, and other departments.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Performing any other related duties as required.
Required qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A high school diploma combined with at least three years of relevant experience in a related field, or a Diploma of Vocational Studies in Composite Materials.
- Experience with composite lay-up, pre-preg materials, and vacuum bagging.
- Knowledge of CNC machines would be considered an asset.
- Functional knowledge of French and English
- Any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent may be considered.
