What happens to my CV once I send it to TAS?
+We review your CV and securely add it to our talent database. We use it to identify opportunities that match your profile. We never share your information with a client without your explicit consent.
What happens to my application if it is not selected?
+If we do not select your application for a specific position, we keep it in our talent database. This allows us to consider you for future opportunities that match your profile.
Once my application has been accepted by TAS, who is my employer?
+- Permanent positions. The client company that hires you becomes your employer.
- Contract or subcontract positions. TAS becomes your employer and manages your contract, payroll and administrative compliance.
Do you employ foreign nationals?
+Yes, we regularly employ foreign nationals. Requirements may vary depending on the position (e.g., valid work permit, security clearance or participation in regulated programs). Our team will guide you through all the requirements.
When I send my CV to TAS, do I need to call back or follow up?
+No. As soon as we receive your CV, our team will review your profile and contact you if an opportunity matches your experience. However, you are always welcome to reach out to us if you have any questions.
