IT Business Analyst – Oracle EBS
Job description
TAS is currently looking for an IT Business Analyst for a fast-growing manufacturing company that is strengthening its application IT team to support a significant increase in projects, particularly around its ERP system, Oracle EBS.
In this role, you will act as a key link between business teams, operations, and IT. Your mission will be to understand, structure, and translate business needs into high-quality application solutions, while contributing to the optimization of internal processes.
You will be joining a structured, collaborative, and continuous improvement-oriented environment, with concrete projects and a long-term vision.

Tasks
The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Gathering, analyzing, and structuring business needs from various stakeholders.
- Translating business requirements into clear, detailed, and functional specifications.
- Participating in the design, modelling, and development of application solutions.
- Contributing to the definition, coordination, and execution of test scenarios.
- Involving operations teams in user acceptance testing and obtaining the required approvals.
- Supporting solution implementation through training, user support, and operational guidance.
- Documenting and mapping business processes.
- Analyzing the costs, benefits, risks, and impacts of proposed changes.
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes, tools, and work methods.
- Working closely with IT, finance, manufacturing, distribution, and operations teams.
Required qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- A college or university degree in a relevant field such as information technology, business administration, or accounting.
- A minimum of five years of experience in IT business analysis.
- Mandatory experience in an ERP environment, specifically with Oracle EBS.
- A strong understanding of business cycles, organizational processes, and application systems.
- Experience with financial, manufacturing, and distribution systems.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and workshop leadership skills.
- The ability to work with multiple stakeholders and understand operational realities.
- Bilingualism in French and English.
