The T.A.S. Agency is certified under the Controlled Goods Program, a Canadian industrial security program that regulates the examination, possession and transfer of controlled goods and technology.
Anyone who conducts business in Canada and examines, possesses and/or transfers controlled goods and technology must comply with the Defence production Act and the Controlled Goods Regulations.
