The recruitment process

Each candidate must follow a set evaluation procedure:

  1. Knowledge, Attitude and Skills checks;
  2. Conformity with assignment profile;
  3. Presentation of selected candidates;
  4. Additional in-depth evaluation can be completed on client request.

For the initial meeting with a T.A.S. counsellor, the following documents are required:

  1. diploma or accreditation;
  2. three (3) relevant references;
  3. if required, criminal record check.

Following the initial recruitment stages, a medical exam may be required prior to hiring.
