The recruitment process
Each candidate must follow a set evaluation procedure:
Knowledge, Attitude and Skills checks;
Conformity with assignment profile;
Presentation of selected candidates;
Additional in-depth evaluation can be completed on client request.
For the initial meeting with a T.A.S. counsellor, the following documents are required:
diploma or accreditation;
three (3) relevant references;
if required, criminal record check.
Following the initial recruitment stages, a medical exam may be required prior to hiring.
