Steps for the hiring process

The four steps of the T.A.S. hiring process:

  1. Candidate selection* (refer to the bottom of the page);
  2. Telephone interview;
  3. Meeting with T.A.S. counsellor** (refer to the bottom of the page);
  4. Interview with prospective employer.

At the candidate selection stage, we check that the qualifications and experience underlined in your C.V. match our client’s job requirements.  

*At the candidate selection stage, we check:

  1. de l'ensemble des compétences en terme de savoir, savoir-être et savoir-faire ;
  2. de la correspondance entre le profil recherché et le candidat ou la candidate.

**For the initial meeting with a T.A.S. counsellor, the following documents are required:

  1. Diploma or accreditation;
  2. Photo identification;
  3. Three (3) relevant references;
  4. If required, criminal record check.
