Q. Which is the best way to submit my C.V.?
A. The fastest and most efficient way to gain access to the T.A.S short-list is to email your C.V. to one of these email: jobs@tas.ca or rh@tas.ca. You may also check the postings at www.tas.ca and apply for a specific opportunity.

Q. Are there any service charges to open a file with T.A.S.?
A. None whatsoever. Your file is automatically prepared upon reception of your C.V.

Q. What happens to my C.V. once it is sent to T.A.S.?
A. Stacked to the rafters? Chucked in the recycling bin? Not at all! Each C.V. is fully analysed and carefully filed in our data bank for efficient retrieval when in line with a job posting. Our system allows us to quickly get in touch with you when a job opening is in line with your skills and career objective.
You may also send us at any time an email with the updated version of your C.V. This confidential service will always be free of charge.

Q. What can you tell me about the T.A.S. interview process?
A. Once the assignment has been initiated we usually conduct two interviews. The first one consists of a telephone conversation with you. If your profile matches the requirements for the job and if the challenge is in line with your personal objectives, we will present your file to the client. Once your file is selected by the client, the second interview, consisting of a meeting with one of our counsellors, takes place. We will then proceed to validate your skills and attitude as well as answer all your questions.

Q. What happens if I am not selected?
A. Your file will held in our data bank for future consideration. All the data is maintained under strict confidentiality. If your profile seems to match a new assignment, a counsellor will immediately get in touch with you to determine your level of interest.

Q. Once hired, who is my employer?
A. For temporary client postings, T.A.S is your employer. You will receive a weekly pay check and be covered by our benefits package. For permanent postings, your employer is the client company.

Q. Do you hire immigrants?
A. For each assignment, T.A.S. focuses on skills and attitude first and foremost with no consideration given to country of origin. Any applicant can thus anticipate finding a job with T.A.S.

Q. Why is it important to stay in touch with T.A.S.?
A. We receive new assignments daily. By staying in touch with us, you will always be aware of career development opportunities.

Q. Are there only temporary postings available?
A. No. Many of our clients have openings for permanent positions.

Q. What happens if the client makes me an offer for full-time employment while I am working for him under a temporary T.A.S. assignment?

A. No. The hiring fees will be paid by the client company and will in no way affect your remuneration package.

You must thus send us a check specimen immediately upon being hired.
